The team at Dixie Bones was tasked with serving a crowd of over 700 people with a delicious and authentic barbecue spread. The menu was carefully selected to be a crowd-pleaser, featuring our signature beef brisket, BBQ chicken, and classic sides of mac & cheese, green beans, potato salad, and buns. We topped it all off with our delicious peach cobbler. Our team handled the delivery and set up a self-serve service, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for the event organizers.
